Is a formally trained and experienced Kashmiri and North Indian Culinary Expert who also specializes in delicacies from Delhi. People have travelled from miles away to taste Sharanjit’s food and she is part of a generation from Punjab who would grow, dry roast, and treat all their own fruits, herbs, and spices by hand for every single meal. Sharanjit grew up adding sunshine as part of the art of her recipes and learned everything she knew from the woman who mothered her.

At that time, cooking traditions were a precious heirloom that were passed on to be preserved and cared for tenderly and with loving care to each new generation.

Acupuncture & Body Work

Dr. Emily Tepper is a licensed and Nationally Board Certified (NCCAOM) Doctor of Acupuncture and East Asian Medicine. She is also a certified Craniosacral Therapist, Japanese Clinical Herbalist, and Labor Support Doula. She prescribes Kampo herbal medicine to her patients, as well as creates nutritional plans for patients that come from the Kashmiri wazwan. Kampo is an empirically proven range of pharmaceutical-grade Japanese herbal formulas. While studying both Kampo and Kashmiri wazwan, Emily connected quite a bit of overlap and has made connections into a deeper practice of Kashmiri Medicine.

As a licensed acupuncturist, and labor support Doula, Dr. Tepper completed residencies with Central Park Midwifery, Downtown Women OB/GYN, and MamaBaby Haiti.
